Fantastic Experience. We'll be back!!! Loved the hotel from the moment we walked in. The lobby is very stylish and welcoming. The registration staff, Michael to be exact, was so helpful and kind! Drinks at the bar were great when we returned that evening after our event.
We recently stayed here for a family wedding. From the moment we walked in the door, until we left, every person we encountered was incredible. Valet service was fast, recommendations were amazing. The lobby was a great place to meet and talk & the front staff always made us feel welcome.
The hotel is really convenient for visiting Boise State University and still an easy walk to downtown. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and look great, but the best part was the courtyard — especially the outdoor fireplace. If I'm ever in Boise again, I'll stay here.
I have been to this arena many times for many different kinds of events through the years, and I can say I have never had a bat time. The staff has always been friendly. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house either. It's a great venue to see a concert or sporting event. Keep doing what you're doing CLA!
